Our cakes are freshly baked to order using the very best ingredients including real butter, free range eggs and Madagascan Vanilla ensuring that your cake will taste every bit as amazing as it looks. Sponge cakes have three or four layers of moist delicious sponge in each tier, layered with heavenly buttercream, preserves or chocolate ganache.
All of our sponge cakes are covered with a thin layer of buttercream or ganache before covering with fondant icing, whilst our fruit cakes are covered with a thin layer of natural marzipan under the fondant icing.

• Double Chocolate – Our signature rich truffle chocolate cake with melted chocolate buttercream
• Vanilla & Raspberry – Vanilla bean sponge with raspberry conserve and vanilla bean buttercream
• Salted Caramel – Vanilla bean sponge or our signature chocolate cake with salted caramel buttercream and salted caramel sauce
• Lemon drizzle – Lemon sponge infused with zesty lemon drizzle with lemon buttercream and tangy lemon curd
• Chocolate Irish cream – Our signature chocolate cake infused with Irish Cream with decadent Irish Cream buttercream
• Mocha – Our signature chocolate cake infused with espresso with espresso buttercream
• Carrot & Pecan – Moist, lightly spiced cake packed with carrots and pecans with vanilla bean or orange buttercream
• Ginger – Sticky, spiced ginger cake with vanilla bean butter cream
• Bakewell – Almond flavour sponge with cherry conserve and vanilla bean butter cream
• Rich Brandy Fruit – Rich, dark, spiced cake packed with juicy brandy soaked fruits and nuts. Matured and steeped in brandy for at least three months
• Vanilla – with vanilla bean butter cream

Special Dietary Requirements
All of our cakes contain dairy, wheat and eggs and are made in an environment where nuts and soya are present and therefore we cannot guarantee that our cakes will not contain trace amounts of these ingredients.
Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances and we will do our best to cater for your needs.

Finger portions are 1” x 1” and dessert portions are 1” x 2”.
All our cakes are bespoke to our individual customers’ requirements and the price of your cake will be determined by the size and intricacy of the design. We will be able to provide you with a quote after talking through your ideas for your special cake

4 tier, to serve 125 portions, start from £420
