Our cakes are freshly baked from scratch to order using the very best ingredients including real butter, free range eggs, Madagascan Vanilla and Belgian chocolate ensuring that your cake will taste every bit as amazing as it looks.
Sponge cakes are covered with a layer of Belgian white chocolate ganache and the finest quality Swiss fondant icing.

CAKE FLAVOURS
Vanilla – Madagascan vanilla bean sponge layered with raspberry conserve and Madagascan vanilla bean buttercream
All of our cakes contain dairy (milk), gluten (wheat) and eggs and are made in an environment where nuts, soya and alcohol are present and therefore we cannot guarantee that our cakes will not contain trace amounts of these ingredients.
We do not offer egg or dairy free cakes.

PORTION GUIDE
Our portion guide below will give you an idea of the size of cake/ number of tiers required for the number of guests at your special event.
Our cake tiers are 5” tall as standard.
Finger portions are 1” x 1” x 5” and dessert portions are 1” x 2” x 5”.
PRICING
All our cakes are bespoke to our individual clients’ requirements and the price of your cake will depend on the number of tiers, size of the tiers, the amount of detail in the design, number of sugar flowers etc.. We will be able to provide you with a quote after talking through your design ideas.
