Our cakes are freshly baked from scratch to order using the very best ingredients including real butter, free range eggs, Madagascan Vanilla and Belgian chocolate ensuring that your cake will taste every bit as amazing as it looks. 
Sponge cakes are covered with a layer of Belgian white chocolate ganache and the finest quality Swiss fondant icing.

CAKE FLAVOURS
  • Vanilla – Madagascan vanilla bean sponge layered with raspberry conserve and Madagascan vanilla bean buttercream
  • Double Chocolate – Our signature rich, dense chocolate cake layered with chocolate buttercream 
  • Lemon – Lemon sponge infused with a zesty lemon drizzle, layered with lemon zest buttercream and lemon curd 
  • Salted Caramel – Madagascan vanilla bean sponge layered with salted caramel buttercream and salted caramel sauce
  • Chocolate Salted Caramel – Our signature chocolate cake layered with salted caramel buttercream and salted caramel sauce
  • Bakewell – Almond sponge layered with Morello cherry conserve and Madagascan vanilla bean or almond butter cream (CONTAINS NUTS)
  • Chocolate Irish cream – Our signature chocolate cake infused with Irish Cream, layered with Irish Cream buttercream (CONTAINS ALCOHOL)
  • Mocha – Our signature chocolate cake infused with espresso syrup, layered with espresso buttercream
  • Ginger – Spiced ginger cake layered with Madagascan vanilla bean butter cream
  • Chocolate Orange – Our signature chocolate cake infused with fresh orange zest, layered with chocolate orange buttercream
  • Chocolate Hazelnut - Our signature chocolate cake layered with chocolate  hazelnut buttercream and chopped toasted hazelnuts (CONTAINS NUTS)

ALLERGY INFORMATION

All of our cakes contain dairy (milk), gluten (wheat) and eggs and are made in an environment where nuts, soya and alcohol are present and therefore we cannot guarantee that our cakes will not contain trace amounts of these ingredients. 

We do not offer egg or dairy free cakes.

PORTION GUIDE

Our portion guide below will give you an idea of the size of cake/ number of tiers required for the number of guests at your special event. 
Our cake tiers are 5” tall as standard.
Finger portions are 1” x 1” x 5” and dessert portions are 1” x 2” x 5”.

PRICING

All our cakes are bespoke to our individual clients’ requirements and the price of your cake will depend on the number of tiers, size of the tiers, the amount of detail in the design, number of sugar flowers etc.. We will be able to provide you with a quote after talking through your design ideas.

 Below is a guide on average prices, with the lowest being a small amount of detail and the highest being a more intricate design:
  • 2 tier ( 30 -50 finger portions ) £375 - £490
  • 3 tier small ( 4/6/8" tiers serving approx 70 finger portions ) £510 - £690
  • 3 tier large ( 6/8/10" tiers serving approx 120 finger portions ) £650 - £800
  • 4 tier ( 4/6/8/10" tiers serving approx 130 finger portions) £700 - £950
  • 5 tier ( 4/6/8/10/12" tiers serving approx 210 finger portions) £875 - £1300
  • Fondant decorated cupcakes ( minimum order of 12 ) from £4.75 each
  • Mini 3"  iced cakes  ( minimum order of 6 ) from £30 - £45 each
  • Iced biscuits ( minimum order of 12 ) from £4 each
  • Cake popsicles ( minimum order of 10 ) from £4.50 each
